  • Unfortunately, the Hub is not wheelchair accessible, however, our staff is more than happy to help our customers up/down the stairs if necessary.

  • We would love for you to perform at The Hub! Please send an email to contact@modo-live.com for all performing inquiries and venue rentals.

  • Most events are cash only, however, debit/credit is accepted depending on the size of the event. Our ATM is located by admissions.

  • The Hub does not have its own parking lot. Paid parking lots can be found in Lot 9 on Halls Lane off of Charles St. and the Duke St. parking garage, or street parking may be available along King St.

  • If you have lost or forgotten anything at our venue please send an email to info@thehubkitchener.com

  • Yes! Coat check is $3 and located down the hall just past admissions. Big bags and backpacks are not permitted in the venue and will need to be left in coat check. NOTE: Coat check is only open during the colder months.

  • The Hub is standing room only, however depending on the size of the event seating can be arranged for those who need it.
